BIG SPACES. LITTLE DETAILS.
Our facility consists of 100,000 square feet in total, with 88,000 of logistics space, including 5,000 square feet of secure integration space. All inventory is owned by a client, which we maintain for them to ensure just-in-time provisioning as part of our secure supply chain services. We do not “stock” hardware in anticipation of procurement, which ensures all equipment is purpose-purchased by our clients.
As devices move through our facility, they are protected by our ISO28000 certification. We track all information such as who has touched the equipment, where they touched it, and what they did with it. All boxes and packing material is also shredded to ensure we don’t throw away anything with labels or equipment descriptions.
EVERY SCREW, CHIP, LINE OF CODE.
CyberCore procures and performs testing on a variety of endpoint devices for our clients—desktops, thin clients, printers, etc.—at an average of about 400 products meticulously tested each day. This includes supply chain integrity checks of bios-level data and hardware identifier checks. Anything that doesn’t match could indicate counterfeit or compromised devices, which are quickly returned to the manufacturer.
WE CAN BUILD IT.
After systems are received and inspected, we build and deploy them on site. This provides a turnkey service all in the same secured facility. Our 3,500 square foot integration area has the power, space, and cooling to support 72 racks in nearly any power configuration.
Previously, systems destined for a secure environment were built in the unsecured space, broken down and moved into the client SCIF for certification, then broken down again to be moved into their receiving data center. With our new 5,000 square foot secure facility, systems are built once and maintain their classification through delivery. It provides power, space, and cooling for 120-200 racks.
Rather than burdening our clients with unpacking devices and disposing of their packing materials, we have engineered custom crates that allow us to strip away all unnecessary materials and ship fully loaded systems and partially broken down racks in efficient packages. This technique has saved our clients up to three weeks in installation time and mitigates the risk of hardware failures due to packaging issues.
END-OF-LIFE DOESN’T MEAN END OF SECURITY.
We also provide product disposition services and remarketing after a device has reached its end of use. This involves full sanitation or destruction of the device hard drives or memory before we sell the sanitized equipment on the open market. This saves our clients the trouble of paying someone to haul away their old equipment and provides the peace of mind that the data is destroyed with the same level of care as when the device was initially installed. We also ensure a greener end to the supply chain, as anything that can be repurposed (old power cords, or simply the scrap metal) is reused.
