Neal Frick,
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Neal Frick has over 18 years of experience in leadership, growth, and development roles supporting customers in the US Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, state and local governments, and US Military.

He is experienced in revenue and profit growth, operations leadership, strategy development, talent acquisition and management, and program management for CyberCore. He previously held a position as CEO for a consulting firm that provided infrastructure development for government contractors.

His new book The E Suite, being released early 2023, is focused on the emergence of empathy as a modern executive leadership tool.

 

VICE PRESIDENT – IT SOLUTIONS

Andy Powderly

Bringing over 20 years of experience, Andy manages the day-to-day support of CyberCore’s largest client contracts and projects. He oversees $100s of millions in hardware configuration and delivery for critical mission support clients. Prior to CyberCore, he was a business owner, where he developed his focus on growing client relationships.

VICE PRESIDENT – ADMINISTRATION, CSSO

Toni Haney

Toni has more than 30 years of professional experience, most in support of the U.S. Federal Government and Department of Defense (DoD) operations. She has responsibility for security operations and administrative services, including DoD contracts, training, and compliance, cleared employees and subcontractors, Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities, and operational control of the Industrial Security Program. Toni also has the responsibility of several departments, including Facilities, Insider Threat, and ISO Certifications. She earned her Master degree in Cybersecurity Policy and Bachelors in Organizational Security and Management.

VICE PRESIDENT – EMERGENT TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS

William Von Hagel, Jr., D.M.

Bill has been with CyberCore Technologies since September 2011 and has over 19 years of defense contracting experience, providing software engineering and leadership for multiple Intelligence Community customers. He possesses both Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Computer Science and a Doctor of Management degree in organizational leadership. He is also an Assistant Professor at Loyola University.

VICE PRESIDENT – CONTRACTS AND PRICING

Astrid Pages

Astrid has over 20 years in Contracts and Project Control roles and joins us from Science, Systems and Applications, Inc. (SSAI), where she was the Contracts Manager with responsibility to oversee a contract portfolio in excess of $1B in value.  In addition to her expertise in government contracts and subcontracts management from proposal to close out activities, Astrid is well versed in compliance with FAR and CAS, managing GSA schedules as well as maintaining the company’s SAM profile and CPARs.   Prior to SSAI, Astrid was a Program Business Analyst at Honeywell Technology Solutions, where she was responsible for maintaining the Earned Value Management process on multiple contracts, working closely with the PMs in preparing the required cost projections and award fee estimates.

VICE PRESIDENT – HUMAN RESOURCES

Kate McEnaney

Kate has over 17 years of experience and has been with CyberCore Technologies since November 2004. She manages the development of the Human Resources and Payroll Departments, ensuring the company’s needs are met as we continue to grow. Originally from White Plains, NY, she holds a bachelor’s degree from Loyola University Maryland and both SHRM CP (Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional) and PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certifications. Kate was awarded the Executive Management Award in 2015 by Smart CEO Magazine.

VICE PRESIDENT – FINANCE

Chris Caporaletti

Chris has over 30 years of experience in financial management and business operations in the government and commercial markets, including serving as Controller for Radiant Solutions and MDA Information Systems.  Chris is currently attending the University of Baltimore Merrick School of Business pursuing his Master of Business Administration and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Mathematics from Shepherd University.
