Jennifer is a highly respected business executive with a distinguished 30-year career dedicated to the U.S. Intelligence Community (IC), DoD, and Federal Civilian Agencies. Renowned for her customer-focused approach, she has cultivated strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders across national security, DoD, and industry sectors. Jennifer’s "player-coach" management style reflects her commitment to collaborative leadership, emphasizing both team and individual achievement.
Beginning her career as a high school work-study student in the IC, Jennifer’s dedication to mission success runs deep, shaped by her background as an “Army brat.” Her lifelong connection to the defense and intelligence sectors informs her passionate support for clients’ missions. She holds a B.A. in leadership from Bellevue University, underscoring her commitment to effective leadership and excellence.
CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
Kate brings over 22 years of expertise in Human Resources and has been an integral part of CyberCore Technologies since November 2004. As the leader of our Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll teams, she ensures that the company's human capital needs are met while fostering an environment where employees feel respected, valued, and heard. Driven by a passion for people, Kate is committed to making CyberCore a destination employer, focusing on total rewards and an exceptional employee experience. Originally from White Plains, NY, Kate earned her bachelor's degree from Loyola University Maryland and holds both SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional) and PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certifications. She was honored with the Executive Management Award by Smart CEO Magazine in 2015 and was a finalist for the Pinnacle Award in 2020 and 2024.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Astrid has over 20 years in Contracts and Project Control roles and joins us from Science, Systems and Applications, Inc. (SSAI), where she was the Contracts Manager with responsibility to oversee a contract portfolio in excess of $1B in value. In addition to her expertise in government contracts and subcontracts management from proposal to close out activities, Astrid is well versed in compliance with FAR and CAS, managing GSA schedules as well as maintaining the company's SAM profile and CPARs. Prior to SSAI, Astrid was a Program Business Analyst at Honeywell Technology Solutions, where she was responsible for maintaining the Earned Value Management process on multiple contracts, working closely with the PMs in preparing the required cost projections and award fee estimates.
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF PROGRAMS
Randy Anderson, Senior Vice President of Programs, is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience in executive and technical management. His expertise lies in the Department of Defense (DoD) sector and the Intelligence Community, where he has overseen program execution and growth across the company's portfolio.
Before joining CyberCore, Randy held pivotal leadership roles at Logicon Inc., Northrop Grumman, and Peraton, where he spearheaded program performance, growth, and staffing initiatives. His leadership has guided teams of up to 750 engineers supporting programs worth over $2 billion. Randy's experience spans multiple DoD agencies, including the MPO, NRO, NASA, and the U.S. military. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He has completed executive courses at the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business.
