Tina Kuhn,
President & CEO

Ms. Kuhn has 35 years of leadership experience with a variety of customers, including the IC Agencies, Defense, state and local governments, and international customers (NATO, AUS, UK).

She is experienced in strategy development and implementation, organizational transitions, financial improvements, management of profit and revenue, marketing, staffing, budgeting, and personnel management.

Ms. Kuhn was personally recognized as one of the Top 25 Leaders in Government Contracting You Should Know About by the WashingtonExec in 2017. Her new book, The Manager’s Communication Tool Kit: Tools and Techniques for Leading Difficult Personalities, is a clear and practical guide to high-performance business communication.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Adam Omar

Adam has over 25 years of experience in financial management and business operations in the government and commercial markets, including serving as Chief Financial Officer for Planet Risk and for Orchestro, Inc.—both acquired by prominent firms. He has served in finance leadership roles at Infor Global Solutions, Software AG, LexisNexis, and SAIC. Adam earned his Master of Science in Finance degree from George Washington University and his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from George Mason University.

VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND CAPTURE

Jennifer Kauffman

Jennifer brings almost 30 years of professional experience in business development & capture, sales and leadership.  She is responsible for expanding the company’s federal and commercial business portfolio across all CyberCore’s capabilities. Jennifer has most recently served in executive positions at Leidos and Dell. She brings extensive industry and customer knowledge having begun her career as a work study student in the Intelligence Community (IC) in the early 90’s.  She rose over the years through positions of increasing responsibility to become recognized as a top 25 global security and intelligence professional. Jennifer is an active member of AFCEA International and former President of the Central Maryland Chapter (2012).  She holds a B.A. degree in Leadership from Bellevue University.

VICE PRESIDENT – IT SOLUTIONS

Andy Powderly

Bringing over 20 years of experience, Andy manages the day-to-day support of CyberCore’s largest client contracts and projects. He oversees $100s of millions in hardware configuration and delivery for critical mission support clients. Prior to CyberCore, he was a business owner, where he developed his focus on growing client relationships.

VICE PRESIDENT – ADMINISTRATION, CSSO

Toni Haney

Toni has more than 30 years of professional experience, most in support of the U.S. Federal Government and Department of Defense (DoD) operations. She has responsibility for security operations and administrative services, including DoD contracts, training, and compliance, cleared employees and subcontractors, Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities, and operational control of the Industrial Security Program. Toni also has the responsibility of several departments, including IT, Facilities, Insider Threat, and ISO Certifications. She earned her Master degree in Cybersecurity Policy and Bachelors in Organizational Security and Management.

VICE PRESIDENT – SOLUTIONS & MARKETING

William Von Hagel, Jr., D.M.

Bill has been with CyberCore Technologies since September 2011 and has over 19 years of defense contracting experience, providing software engineering and leadership for multiple Intelligence Community customers. He possesses both Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Computer Science and a Doctor of Management degree in organizational leadership. He is also an Assistant Professor at Loyola University.

VICE PRESIDENT – MISSION SERVICES

Neal Frick

Neal has over 15 years of progressive experience in growth and development roles, with a specific focus on Intelligence Community (IC) customers. He is a thought leader with a proven track record of growing headcount and revenue for businesses supporting IC and other U.S. Government (USG) customers.

Kate McEnaney
DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES

Kate McEnaney

Kate has over 17 years of experience and has been with CyberCore Technologies since November 2004. She manages the development of the Human Resources and Payroll Departments, ensuring the company’s needs are met as we continue to grow. Originally from White Plains, NY, she holds a bachelor’s degree from Loyola University Maryland and both SHRM CP (Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional) and PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certifications. Kate was awarded the Executive Management Award in 2015 by Smart CEO Magazine.
