Local Engagement
With our corporate office located in Elkridge, MD, we are able to operate locally while supporting customers across the United States. We work with many small businesses, like HUBZone, woman- and veteran-owned businesses, and others, as a mentor and mission partner.
CyberCore’s small business initiatives are achieving the goal of job growth in the state of Maryland. We are also an active participant of DoD’s Mentor-Protégé program to help small Maryland businesses thrive.
Workforce Development
We actively support community-focused events and campaigns, including a virtual food drive with the MD Food Bank, a Toys for Tots Drive, and a partnership with the MD SPCA.
We also raise funds and collect school supplies through Operation Backpack. To celebrate Earth Day, we organize a community clean-up.
In partnership with the Canine Humane Network, we host a Barktober adoption event to raise funds for animal care and help dogs find loving homes. Furthermore, we conduct a coat drive for One Warm Coat, collecting coats during the winter.
CyberCore encourages its employees to participate in volunteer activities because we value our community and strive to improve it.
